Government Is A Mafia - Black Market Cattle Company

Most people were raised to believe government protects them.

That its laws are just.

That its force is moral.

That its leaders—however flawed—represent your interests.

But peel back the language, the ceremonies, the pledges, and what you find underneath is something far more familiar… and far more sinister.

Government is the mafia.

Not like the mafia.

Not influenced by the mafia.

It is a mafia—functionally, morally, and structurally.

Consider the Parallels:

• Capos and Dons

Presidents, governors, mayors. They command the racket, delegate enforcement, and live off tribute.

• Soldiers

Police and regulators enforce the will of the syndicate, not the will of the people. Step out of line, and they’ll show you exactly who’s in charge.

• Territory Control

Try opting out. Try living freely without paying your cut (taxes). Watch how quickly the threats arrive.

• Protection Rackets

“We’ll keep you safe from the bad guys—just give us 30–50% of everything you earn, and don’t question us.”

Sound familiar?

• Elimination of Competition

All “justice” must come through the state. All currency must be state-sanctioned. All law must be monopolized. If anyone else tries to compete… they’re criminals. If you want to learn a trade and get a job, that’s cool. You’ll just need to get an occupational license from us for a small fee.

If you want to start a business that doesn’t compete with one of our monopolies, you’re welcome to do so; you’ll still need that occupational license—for a small fee, and then a business license, another small fee, and of course there will be different and additional taxes and fees for the privilege.

“But Some Governments Are Better Than Others!”

Sure. And some mafia dons were more honorable than others.

Some gave turkeys away on Thanksgiving.

Some looked after the neighborhood kids.

Some ruled with more compassion than others.

But they all used threats of violence to maintain control—and they all demanded obedience.

No matter how “benevolent” a monopoly on force appears, it’s still a monopoly on force.

That’s not peace. That’s coercion with better branding.

So What’s the Alternative?

You might be asking: Without the state, who will build the roads? Who will keep us safe? Who will settle disputes?

But behind every one of those questions is a deeply embedded myth—that only a centralized gang with guns can coordinate society.

The truth?

We’ve already built voluntary systems for communication (the internet), transportation (rideshares), conflict resolution (arbitration), security (private defense), and even currency exchanges, crypto, etc.

We don’t need rulers. We need cooperation.

And it’s already happening—without permission.

Then keep watching. Keep reading. Keep questioning. More than anything, keep building the community; that will be the most important thing. Operate in the gray and black markets. As the meme says, living your everyday life should be an act of rebellion. Raise babies and love them, educate them, be discerning when it comes to conspiracy theories; some are invented to discredit the movement.

Voluntarism—a society based on consent, cooperation, and decentralization—is not only a workable philosophy, it’s the environment most of us live in, and the monsters that make a free and peaceful society seem impossible are always far off and largely imagined. The state isn’t as stupid as it gets credit for, and the things it is best at are fear-based propaganda aimed at proving their worth. It’s time to opt out and rejoin the old world—the new world.
