RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Our merchandise is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for changing your mind. Review product details and size charts before ordering.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact mike@blackmarketcattle.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs. Eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund.
LOST PACKAGES
Contact us within one week after the estimated delivery window ends so the shipment can be investigated.
CANCELLATIONS
Request cancellation within one hour of ordering. Cancellation is not guaranteed. Once production begins, the order generally cannot be changed or canceled.
